How can you transfer my logo or pattern on products ?

Printing: digital printing and screen printing, directly print your logo or patterns on paper, then combine them into to make final products, it is good for custom bulk order.

What is your minimum?

Minimum quantity can be lower to 100pcs each design, if total quantity is large, no minimum for each design.

How do I place an order?

Once you've received your quote and determined that you'd like to proceed, please let us know and we will send you a customization link for you to pay via our website or other payment method, once you have paid to us, please kindly let us know, we will contact you again with the details.

What is your payment term ?

Payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance payment before shipping.

What is your policy on protection of Copyright?

Confidentiality Agreement will be signed before receiving your designs, after order finished, if you prefer, we will “shift delete” all your designs.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Samples always need about 7-10 days, after samples confirmed, bulk order will take 15-20 days to delivery according to how complex and how many quantity the order has, for simple logo personalization, normally it will take about 2 to 6 business days to ship, shipping time generally take about 3 to 5 business days variety from country to country.

How much is the tariff ?

Different country has different tariff, and it is different according to different fabric and products, so it is hard to say, normally it is about 1%-13%, express will help to finish the customs clearance, you only need to do is pay the tariff to express after they contact you, certainly we will try to declare low customs value to save the tariff.

Do you use non-toxic dyes?

We have passed the SGS, Intertek and AI test for both paper and dyeing stuff which shows all are absolutely non-toxic, environmental and harmless to skin and health, safe for children too.
