  • What is your return policy?

    1. Custom or personalized paper printing products.

    We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every order result in a happy customer. Because this product part of the process is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control colleagues will pick this up and everything will be handled before your order dispatched. However, on the rare case that something does slip through, all you need to do is let us know.

    Please note we work in accordance with these provisions:

    Non-Faulty Goods: we cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been personalized or customized specifically for you.

    Faulty Goods: to return faulty goods you need to first contact our customer services team .

    If product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 20 days, please send our support team the message, enclose the order number, description of the issue.

    In many cases, for example, defective, stained or printed design is not complete, as soon as the facts of the claims are made clear by E-mail, remedial action can be taken very quickly.

    If it is difficult to be verified by email, you may need to return back all product for inspection to confirm how the problem was occurred, and in that instance, a determination can then be made as to the state of the product.

    You will have to pay the delivery costs of returning the products in advance, if we are at fault, we will reimburse delivery postage costs.

    Please note: if the product has been used, we will not be able to provide a remedy or replacement, but we can try to repair it, if there's a little problem, we can suggest another remedy like offer discount or coupon.

    2. Wholesale or non-personalized paper printing products.

    If you notify us to cancel the order within 7 days after the product delivered, you have the right to cancel the contract to purchase non-personalized products. You must return the unused non-personalized products to us within 5 days after you notify us of the cancellation, and you must pay for returning shipping cost and the possible custom tariff.

    In case of manufacturing failure, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The manufacturer's faults include silk product scratches, stain, stitch and hemming problems. we will decide what the manufacturer is responsible for and explain to you.

  • What is the status of my return or exchange?

    If you return for a refund, after we receive your package, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days . Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days .

    If you return for exchange, the replacement order will be dispatched within another turnaround time depends on the quantity.
